At byedemox, we deeply value the trust you place in our brand and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of service. Please be advised that return requests will only be approved under the following conditions: the item received is damaged or does not correspond to the original order (e.g., incorrect size or color). Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns for other reasons.

Should an incorrect address be provided at the time of purchase or if the package is not collected within the allotted timeframe, responsibility for any issues will rest solely with the customer. In the event of a package being returned to us, an additional fee will be required for reshipment.

Special Provisions for Orders Within Ukraine

For orders placed within Ukraine, we offer the option to exchange an item for an alternative size in cases where the initial size does not fit. Please note that all associated shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the sender. We kindly request that you contact us in advance via Instagram or email to coordinate the exchange process.
